Winter is the time to go green with a vengeance. And not just for the abundance of fresh vegetables the season has to offer, rising prices be damned. Pick items from the winter green menu which includes a wide array of Indian delicacies. There are soups like Makkai Dhaniya Shorba which is served with tender corn kernels, the Mint And Green Pea Shorba, starters like Adraki Palak Paneer Tawa, Hari Bhari Tikki, Saag ke Ram Laddu (palak and saag pakoras with green mango chutney and lachas of radish), Murgh Pudina Kalimirch, Methi Malai Tikka, Hara Bhara Prawn among others.

For the main course, go for Khumb Mutter Hara Pyaz (button mushrooms tossed in green onion gravy), the very Punjabi Sarson Ka Saag, Methi Murgh, Saag Ghost.
