Kendrapara (Odisha): A fisherman was critically injured when he was attacked by a salt-water crocodile in a creek of Rajapur village under Rajnagar police station in Odisha's Kendrapara district. The incident took place when the victim Sridhar Biswal (30) was engaged in fishing in the crocodile-infested water body yesterday, forest officials said today.

The crocodile was dragging the victim into the water-body when a fellow fishermen spotted it and raised an alarm. They subsequently rescued the man.
