A major fire broke out in a multi-storey building at Colaba in South Mumbai today, civic officials said.
Around 12 fire engines and nine water tankers were pressed into service to contain the blaze at Congress Building located near Holy Family High School in the upscale area, Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) officials said.
An ambulance has also been rushed to the spot.
