22-year-old says marks not available online; school from where he filled form, board ask him to wait till mark-sheets are out on MondayFiveu00a0days after the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) examination results were announced, Yuvraj Kadam (22), who appeared for examination externally, is still waiting to know his result. Kadam's result is not available online. He is currently waiting for the mark-sheets to be out on June 27.
Kadam said he had filled the SSC form from Hutatma Rajguru Vidyalaya, but both the school and the Maharashtra State Board for Secondary and Higher Secondary Education refused to help him with the result.
"The day the result was out, I checked online, but my result was not available. I contacted the school and they asked me to contact the board. When I contacted the board, they kept asking me to call me back and did not pay any heed to my problem."
Blame gameKadam said the school and the board had asked him to wait till the mark sheets come out on June 27. "I am not sure if my mark sheet will be available. The board informed me that the school had mentioned in the form NC (No Candidate) because of which my result is not available. On the other hand, the school authorities are saying that the board had goofed-up with my form. I don't know whom to contact and how to find out my result."
Authorities at Hutatma Rajguru Vidyalaya maintained Kadam was not a student of the school. The principal accepted Kadam had filled the SSC form from the school. "Kadam had approached us. We guided him to the board and have also asked him to come back on the day the mark sheets are out," said V M Jadhav, school principal.
Jadhav said the board warns students not to rely on online result completely, and the students should not panic until the mark sheets are out. Shahaji Dhekne, secretary, MSBSHSE said, "If the school had mentioned 'No Candidate' in the form because of low attendance, then we cancel the form and the student is not allowed to sit for the examination. We have to check if the school has goofed up somewhere else."
