A group of Muslim youth from Hyderabad on Tuesday night filed a complaint at Falaknuma Police Station against the makers of the song 'Manikya Malaraya Poovi' from 'Oru Adaar Love' for allegedly hurting sentiments of Muslims.
According to Falaknuma Additional Commissioner of Police (ACP) Syed Faiyaz, 'The youth said the song's lyrics allegedly hurt the sentiments of Muslims. A preliminary enquiry is going and no FIR has been filed yet.'
The first song of 'Oru Adaar Love' became viral on social media within few hours of its release because of Malayalam actor Priya Prakash Varrier's cute articulations and wink.
