City's prime business locations Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC) and Nariman Point captured the 19th and 34th rank in the world's costliest office destinations, respectively, whereas Delhi's Connaught Place stood at seventh, according to CBRE Research's Global Prime Office Occupancy Costs bi-annual survey.
The Central Business District (CBD) of Connaught Place has an annual occupancy cost of US $149.71 per sq ft.
Asia continued to dominate the list of the world's most expensive office locations, accounting for seven of the top-10 markets.
Hong Kong (Central) became the highest-priced office market with an overall prime occupancy cost of $290 per sq ft per annum, followed by London-Central with $262.29.
