Party's official vaastu consultant claims circumstances will improve as each floor of the new HQ is built
The upheavals in Bharatiya Janta Party are due to the ongoing construction work of its new swanky five-story office building in Malleswaram and wounds will heel as the work progresses, says K Gangadhar, who is the official vaastu consultant for BJP. He added that the party would stabilise as each floor is built.

Gangadhar claimed that completion of the first floor will bring stability to the party, second floor will make the leaders sincere, third floor will give the party a clean image, fourth floor will improve party's efficiency and the completion of the fifth floor will unite the party. Once the building is occupied, the party will be well-settled in state politics.

Said Gangadhar, "Problems began to crop up in the party, when the ground was dug to lay the foundation stone last month. The crisis deepened as the hole deepened. When the filling began, things began to improve. The foundation work was finished and the bed was built last Friday. The next day, warring Yeddy and Reddy factions entered into a truce."

Other plans

Ramapriya, coordinator of the construction work, said, "We have given priority to practical requirements apart from the vaastu. The office building must have space for conferences, press briefings and accommodation for leaders and workers and the plan takes care of all this." The building is expected to ready by the end of next year.

Gangadhar said the main entrance of the new building faces northeast and a bore well has been dug in the northeast corner. "The state president is the head of the family and the head must sit in southeast corner that is known as Kubera corner," said Gangadhar. The building will have no cellar because Gangadhar believes any construction below ground level brings in negative energy.
