64-year-old man hangs himself from ceiling fan

The victim has been identified as Raja Gangaram Badha, a resident of Vinay Sadan building on N M Joshi Marg.

Police have found a suicide note in Telugu, stating that he hanged himself as he was frustrated with his illness and nobody was to blame for it. According to the police, Badha has three sons and one daughter.
