On the occasion of Diwali 2024, Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde kicked off Diwali celebrations with a traditional breakfast at Thane`s Gokhale Uphaar Griha, a yearly tradition for him. Chief Minister Eknath Shinde Shinde spoke to ANI about the significance of Diwali, highlighting the enthusiasm and excitement across the country. Maharashtra CM Eknath Shinde said, "We are celebrating Diwali today...This year`s Diwali is very special. The daughters, youth and farmers have got several schemes this year...".
