Chaos at Lokmanya Tilak Terminus as passengers escape without screening and testing

Even as restrictions continue amid what looks like an abating second Covid-19 wave in the city, thousands of passengers arriving at Lokmanya Tilak Terminus, have been leaving the premises without the state-mandated screening or testing.
