Amsha Padvi is a Member of Legislative Council (MLC) from Shiv Sena (UBT) group

Amsha Padvi is a tribal leader from Nandurbar, Maharashtra. Nandurbar district is a tribal-dominated region in north Maharashtra.

Along with Amsha Padvi, his supporters also joined the Sena' Eknath Shinde faction, including Mukesh Salunkhe, president of Adivasi Pardhi Kranti Sena, two Zilla Parishad chairpersons among several other local leaders

Padvi has immense support from the tribal community from parts of Maharashtra. Ahead of elections, the tribal leader's exit is a big blow for Uddhav Thackaray's faction and MVA

CM Eknath Shinde said that Padvi has fought hard for the tribal-dominated Nandurbar. With Padvi joining Mahayuti, we can work together and give more relief to the tribal community, Shinde said

Along with CM Eknath Shinde, MP Bhava Gawli, state ministers Deepak Kesarkar, Dada Bhuse and others were also present to welcome Amsha Padvi in the party
