The counting process for three constituencies will take place at the Nesco Exhibition Centre, located on the Western Expressway in Goregaon East

To ensure the smooth flow of traffic on the day counting, authorities have deemed it necessary to implement appropriate measures along the route from Western Expressway, North bound Service Road, Jaycoach Junction to Nesco Gap Junction

From 5am to 6pm on Tuesday, all vehicles will be restricted on the Western Express Highway, North Bound Service Road from Jaycoach Junction to Nesco Gap Junction

However, vehicles belonging to the Election Commission, as well as officers and staff involved in the vote counting process, will be exempted from these restrictions

For commuters heading towards Nesco Gap via Jaycoach Junction on the Western Expressway, North Bound Service Road, an alternate route has been designated.

Vehicles will take a left turn at Nesco Gap via Jaycoach Junction Slip Road to reach their destination

Similarly, traffic coming from Mrinaltai Gore Junction to Jaycoach Junction will be rerouted. Vehicles will take a right turn at Mrinaltai Gore Junction and execute a U-turn above Mrinaltai Gore Bridge to head South Bound towards Mahananda Junction

From there, they will proceed to the slip road leading to Jaycoach Junction, enabling them to reach their intended destination

These traffic management measures aim to facilitate the smooth operation of the vote counting process at the Nesco Exhibition Centre while minimizing disruptions to commuters and ensuring public safety

Authoritis have requested residents and commuters are advised to plan their travel accordingly and cooperate with the authorities during this period of traffic restrictions
