Shiv Sena (UBT) candidate Rituja Ramesh Latke held a rally before officially filing her nomination for the upcoming Maharashtra Elections 2024.

Rituja Latke, Sena (UBT) leader, also has the backing of other Maha Vikas Aaghadi (MVA) alliance partners which include the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP-SP), and the Congress, for her candidature.

Before submitting her nomination for Maharashtra Elections 2024, Latke visited the Sri Vanchha Siddhi Vinayak Ganapati Temple on Andheri-Kurla Road for blessings.

A significant number of supporters joined Latke’s rally, showing strong public backing for her campaign under the Shiv Sena (UBT) and MVA banner.

Rutuja Latke, the widow of former Andheri East MLA Ramesh Latke, was given a ticket to the assembly constituency yet again.

Maharashtra Elections 2024 will be held on November 20 in a single phase and the votes will be counted on November 23.

The elections are a direct contest between two alliances--Mahayuti, comprising Ajit Pawar's faction of NCP, Shiv Sena & BJP and Maha Vikas Aghadi, comprising of Sena (UBT), NCP SP and Congress.

In the 2019 Maharashtra assembly elections, the BJP won 105 seats, the Shiv Sena won 56, and the Congress won 44.
