On June 10, Sharad Pawar had announced the appointment of his daughter Supriya Sule and close aide Praful Patel as the Working Presidents of the party

Pawar had appointed Raigad MP Sunil Tatkare as the Treasurer of the NCP. Tatkare is said to be close to Sharad Pawar’s nephew Ajit Pawar, who is currently the Leader of Opposition in the Assembly

The state NCP President Jayant Patil had on Friday announced that the silver jubilee celebrations of the party would be held on June 21 at the Shanmukhananda Hall in Mumbai

Meanwhile, taking a jibe at Maharashtra Chief Minsiter Eknath Shinde over his 'traitor' remark, Supriya Sule on Wednesday said that those making allegations were previously part of the MVA government and conveniently forgot about morality back then

Sule's statement came after CM Shinde, during the Shiv Sena Foundation Day celebration, alleged that the Uddav Thackeray faction is a 'traitor' to Balasaheb's ideology and made an alliance with the Congress and NCP to form the Maha Vikas Aghadi government
