Commuters wearing raincoats and rain gear were spotted in parts of Mumbai.

Rains and cloudy skies brought the mercury levels down and turned the weather in the city pleasant.

Next high tide of 2.95 metre is expected at 9.33 pm in Mumbai today.

In the last 24 hours, the island city, its eastern suburbs and western suburbs recorded an average rainfall of 5.90 mm, 1.24 mm and 2.43 mm, respectively.

According to the IMD Mumbai, from June 1, the Colaba observatory recorded a total rainfall of 2,031 mm, while the Santacruz observatory recorded a total rainfall of 2,610.8 mm.
