Rahul Gandhi claimed that 90 per cent of Indians experience injustice daily, prompting the addition of 'Nyay' to their second Bharat Jodo Yatra.

During a 'Nari Nyay' program in Maharashtra, Gandhi addressed income inequality and unequal wealth distribution, citing the disparity between the wealth of 22 individuals and 70 crore people.

The Economic Research Department of the State Bank of India reported a decline in income inequality in India, attributed to a higher tax base and increased taxpayers transitioning to higher income tax brackets.

Gandhi alleged injustice against farmers, women, youth, the poor, and laborers, echoing concerns raised during the Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra.

Members of the INDIA bloc are expected to join the concluding stages of the Nyay Yatra in Maharashtra, signalling broader support for the initiative, stated the grand old party.

Congress MP Jairam Ramesh expressed confidence in the success of the Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra, highlighting the participation of the INDIA alliance and the fulfillment of promised guarantees.

The Maha Vikas Aghadi in Maharashtra, comprising the Congress, Shiv Sena (UBT), and NCP (SP), aims to expand its coalition with smaller parties like the Swambhimani Vikash Parishad and Vanchit Bahujan Aghadi, stated reports.

Meanwhile, Rahul Gandhi visited party veteran Rohidas Patil during his yatra in Maharashtra. He enquired about his health.
