According to the Lalbaugcha Raja Sarvajanik Ganeshotsav Mandal, the Raja received a donation of more than Rs 56,50,000 on the third day of the Ganeshotsav festival
The Raja received over Rs 60,62,000 on the second day and Rs 42,00,000 in donations on the first day of the festival
Besides cash, the Lalbaugcha Raja also received donations of gold and silver metals in the form of jewellery and ornaments

Before the festival began, the Mumbai Police had issued an order stating that citizens should not take photographs of idols floating or half-submerged after the immersion of the idols on the visarjan days
