According to the CR, the down slow line services leaving Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus Mumbai from 10.14 am to 3.18 pm were diverted on the down fast line between Matunga and Mulund stations

These services, as planned, halted at Sion, Kurla, Ghatkopar, Vikhroli, Bhandup and Mulund stations

Meanwhile, the up slow line services leaving Thane from 10.58 am to 3.59 pm were diverted on up fast line between Mulund and Matunga

The CR said, the maintenance mega block is essential for infrastructure upkeep and safety

The CR said that the passengers were requested to bear with the Railway Administration for the inconvenience caused
