In the past week, CM Shinde has been seen leading by example and actively participating in the cleanliness drives conducted weekly, demonstrating a spontaneous and voluntary commitment to the cause
Addressing the significance of cleanliness and health, Chief Minister Shinde emphasized that these are fundamental principles driving the cleanliness campaign
Modern equipment, including suction machines, air purifiers, and mist machines, complement the efforts of sanitation workers and administrative departments in the drive
As part of the ongoing drive, tasks such as road cleaning, soil removal from banks, road washing with recycled water, and overall maintenance of public spaces are being done, an official statement said
To enhance the effectiveness of the campaign, the Chief Minister announced the decision to hire one thousand tankers, facilitating regular cleaning and ensuring visible results in the future
