Maharashtra CM Eknath Shinde celebrated Ganesh Chaturthi by performing 'Aarti' with his family, offering prayers for happiness and prosperity of people.

Shinde expressed his heartfelt wishes to the people of India, hoping that Lord Ganesha's blessings would bring happiness, prosperity, and joy to everyone’s life.

CM Shinde highlighted the importance of farmers’ wellbeing, mentioning that Maharashtra had received good rainfall this year, and the state government is supporting farmers affected by heavy rainfall.

The Maharashtra government is working on various initiatives aimed at the public’s development, including creating more employment opportunities for the youth and empowering women through new schemes.

Former CM Uddhav Thackeray, along with his family, visited the famous Lalbaugcha Raja in Mumbai to offer prayers to Lord Ganesha on the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi.

Maharashtra Governor CP Radhakrishnan celebrated Ganesh Chaturthi by performing 'Aarti' at his residence, Raj Bhavan, joined by his family and staff members.

The Lalbaugcha Raja is one of Mumbai's most famous Ganesh idols, cared for by the Kambli family for over eight decades. The idol holds historical significance, dating back to 1934.

In Nagpur’s Shri Ganesh Mandir Tekdi, the Ganesh Chaturthi festival commenced with traditional prayers and 'Aarti'. The temple is over 250 years old and is known for its self-existent deity.
