Due to heavy procession at the collector office in Bandra, all roads are closed near the collector office. The burden of this particular day fell heavily on the traffic police and motorists. Preeti Talwar, who was headed to her office at RNA Corporate Park tells Midday that she was stuck on the Western Express Highway for 2 hours. "Many buses had lined up on the highway ahead of T2 airport which blocked the traffic from moving," she added

Police officials have stated that the traffic restrictions near the Mumbai Suburban District Collectorate in Bandra East will remain in effect till 3:00 PM

The Lok Sabha elections 2024 in Mumbai are scheduled to take place on May 20, with the counting set for June 4

Of the 48 seats in Maharashtra, Mumbai accounts for six, while the adjoining Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) has four.
