A 32-year-old man was saved by the Railway Protection Force (RPF) after he tried to commit suicide by lying down on the tracks at Virar railway station.

Kishor, who was disturbed after his mother's death, jumped on the tracks at Virar station as the train was approaching. Taking quick action, IPF Praveen dragged him to the side before the train arrived.
