Uddhav Thackeray
Shiv Sena president Uddhav Thackeray will not share the dais with PM Narendra Modi at the inaugural function of the Magnetic Maharashtra Convergence event at BKCon Sunday.
He is trying to underline the estrangement that the CM had tried to scale down by interacting with the Sena chief a few days ago. Uddhav declared last month that his party will fight all future elections alone.
The PM will first lay foundation for the Navi Mumbai Airport near Panvel, after which he will make a speech at 5.45 pm at BKC. The Sena will boycott the ceremony accusing the government of not inviting the Sena chief and other leaders.
