Q. What is your reaction to the incident?
A. I have spoken to Central Railway General Manager Sunil Kumar Sood about the incident, and we are working on the right steps to be taken for the betterment of suburban transport. With this incident, it has been seen that the suburban rail section is under severe pressure and the issue will be solved on top priority.
Q. What action will you be taking against the culprits who damaged railway property?
A. We are looking for them through videos and pictures taken by people, as well as through CCTV footage.
Q. What measures will you be taking to prevent the repeat of such incidents?
A. We are working on revamping the railways and I want to appeal to the passengers to help us and cooperate with us. We should all promise ourselves that we won't repeat such incidents in future.
