The headless body of a woman found in Uttan

The headless body of an unidentified woman was discovered in a suitcase at Uttan Beach in Bhayandar in June when local resident was out on a walk. The police swiftly registered a case and began a probe into the matter. The police, upon examination, discovered that the victim was brutally chopped into pieces with her head missing.

Her hands and legs were also tied. The authorities were looking through missing persons records to establish the identity of the woman. The Uttan Police had promptly arrived at the scene with a forensic team following them to gather evidence.

After post-mortem, primary findings suggested that the woman was not older than 30.
