A Mumbai teenager was on Thursday booked for allegedly posting an objectionable comment on a social networking site against the Shiv Sena founder Balasaheb Thackeray.
Lal Singh Rajput, a Shiv Sena activist from Kandivli lodged a complaint against 17-year-old Ahmed Shaikh for hurting 'religios sentiments' on Facebook'.

Rajput had posted a comment about Amarnath terror attack wherein he had appreciated the stand taken by the late Sena chief on terrorism. In response to that Shaikh posted some objectionable comments in response to the post against the Sena founder.
A case under section section 295 (A)(malicious acts intended to outrage religious feelings or any class by insulting its religion or religious beliefs) of IPC has been registered against the accused.
According to Hindustan Times, the police now plan to summon both - the man who put up the post and Shaikh - for questioning, a case has been registered against the later under section 295A of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
No arrest has been made as of now and the investigations are on.
