The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB ) on Friday submitted a 70,000+-page charge sheet in connection with the Sushant Singh Rajput drug case against Rhea Chakraborty, her brother Showik Chakraborty, Sushant's house help Deepesh Sawant, manager Samuel Miranda and 29 others. Along with Rhea, 13 other accused have been charge-sheeted under serious sections of the NDPS Act, including 27A (financing illicit traffic and harbouring offenders) where the maximum punishment is 20 years.
NCB Zonal director Sameer Wankhede confirmed that the charge sheet had been submitted and the trial will start soon.
The charge sheet submitted by the agency also includes the statement of actresses Shraddha Kapoor and Sara Ali Khan. According to officials, this is one of the biggest charge sheets filed in the NDPS case in the history of NCB.
The charge sheet includes the statement of 200 witnesses and some witness statements recorded under section 164 of the CrPC before the magistrate.

"We have incriminating evidence against all accused in the form of digital, documentary, financial transactions, WhatsApp chats and forensics reports," said an officer.
An officer of the NCB said the charge sheet has mentioned that the recovery of six kg of various kinds of drugs, cash recovery of R35 lakh and some foreign currency.
