After recording a steep dip in daily Covid-19 cases on Tuesday, Mumbai saw a rise in numbers again and recorded 1,350 cases and 57 deaths on Wednesday. The jump in cases is being attributed to more number of tests conducted, as the test positivity rate is below six per cent. While on Tuesday the TPR was 5.31, on Wednesday it slightly rose to 5.92 per cent.
