Mumbai on Friday reported 12 new cases of Covid-19. The fresh cases took the tally of infections to 11,55,195, the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) said in a health bulletin.
No death was reported on January 13, the death toll remained unchanged at 19,746, it said.
The recovery count increased by nine more patients to touch 11,35,405, the health bulletin said.
The city now has an active caseload of 44, it further said.

According to the data, Mumbai's overall growth rate of cases between January 6 and January 12 was 0.0003 per cent, and the recovery rate stood at 98.3 per cent.

Meanwhile, Maharashtra had on Thursday reported 18 Covid-19 cases and one death, which took the tally to 81,36,883 and the toll to 1,48,419, a health official said.
The addition to the tally was 21 on Wednesday, he pointed out.
The recovery count increased by 23 to touch 79,88,325, leaving the state with an active caseload of 139, he said.
As per state health department data, the recovery rate was 98.17 per cent, while 8,60,68,763 coronavirus have been conducted so far, including 12,741 in the last 24 hours on Thursday.
