Mumbai reported 194 new Covid-19 cases and one death on Wednesday, the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) said.
The fresh cases raised the tally of infections to 1,151,776 and toll to 19,737, the BMC said.
126 patients recovered from the virus, taking the total count of recoveries to 1,131,091, the civic body added.
The city now has a recovery rate of 98.2 per cent.

At present there are 948 active cases in Mumbai, BMC said in a bulletin.
Of the 194 cases on October 12, only 15 patients are symptomatic and were hospitalised.
