A fire broke out in the godown near Sheel Phata Road in thane (West) around 7.10 pm on Sunday evening.
According to the Fire Brigade officials, a major fire erupted in the evening.

"As many as one fire vehicle and one water tanker have been sent to the spot. Efforts are being made by the fire brigade to extinguish the fire," said a Disaster Management Room official.
