A Level-1 fire broke out in a 19-storey high-rise at Sion Koliwada in Mumbai on Monday at around 12.30 pm, according to the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC).
The fire broke out on the sixth floor of Om Shiv Shakti building in GTB Nagar on M A Road in Sion Koliwada area and no casualty or injuries had been reported as yet, the BMC said.
The cause of the fire, which was confined to an electric panel on the sixth floor of the building, was not immediately known.

Four fire engines, a water tanker and other assistance were rushed to the spot and the blaze was put out by around 1.30 pm, a fire official told PTI.
It was a "level-1" (minor) fire, the official said, adding no casualty was reported in the incident.
Earlier, on Saturday a fire broke out in a ground-plus-three residential building in Mumbai's Mahim area. The fire broke out on the third floor of Nityachaya building in Mari Nagar on Senapati Bapat Marg.
