Mumbai: Dawood Ibrahim’s aide Chinku Pathan taken into custody by ATS

Chinku Pathan alias Parvez Khan, an alleged aide of fugitive gangster Dawood Ibrahim, was taken into custody by the Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) on Tuesday. He has been sent to ATS custody till February 10.

Chinku Pathan was arrested by the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) on January 20. Post his arrest, an NCB official had said that Chinku Pathan is the grandson of Lala, who was the mentor of Dawood Ibrahim. The official had said that Lala was the original underworld don of Mumbai.

Earlier, two people were arrested by the ATS with 40 grams of MD drug and Chinku Pathan was wanted in this case.
