Mumbai Crime: Man murders friend over 'personal problems',dumps the body

A 21-year-old man's body was found by the police at Khadakapada earlier this month and at that time, the police suspected that it was a case of accidental death as per a report by Hindustan times.

At the same time, the parents of a 21-year-old boy from Kalyan filed a missing complaint for their son, who was last seen with his friends. On an autopsy of the body, the police correlated the two cases and found that the dead body was that of the missing boy and hand over the mortal remains of the 21-year-old to his parents.

On further investigation, the police found that the boy was last seen with one of his friends and they suspected that he had been murdered over a money lending issue or some personal matter.

According to the police, when the questioned the friend he was last spotted with they found many loopholes in his story and arrested him for murder. They are now investigating the matter further to ascertain the motive for murder.
