A 28-year-old man drowned while crossing a stream at Adivasi Pada of Sanjay Gandhi National Park near Kranti Nagar Kurar, in Malad on Wednesday.
Police and Mumbai Fire Brigade rushed to the spot to search for the body but the operations were suspended due to bad weather conditions.
The missing person has been identified as Chandan Sahu.
Chandan lived with his mother and sister in Kranti Nagar, Kurar and used to work for a movers and packers company. Chandan along with his two friends had gone for a mountain bath at Adivasi Pada.
