Nothing could wipe the wide grin from gritty teenager Monika More's face yesterday, as she prepared to bid farewell to KEM Hospital, which has served as her home for the past seven months.

Ever since Monika lost her arms in a tragic accident in Ghatkopar station on January 11, her resilience has inspired many, who cheered her on as she inched towards recovery.
Her artificial limbs will stand her in good stead as she steps out of the hospital premises today, and takes on the world.
