Film Actor Bramha Mishra, best known for his roles in films such as, Manjhi: The Mountain Man, Kesari, and the web series Mirzapur, has passed away in Mumbai.
On Thursday, the police found his semi-decomposed body from his flat in Versova. The body has been sent for an autopsy at Dr. Cooper Hospital.
According to mid-day sources, Mishra's death took place 2-3 days earlier. Neighbours complained to police on Thursday morning about a foul smell coming from the flat, an official said.
When the Versova police rushed to the spot, the flat's door was locked from inside. After opening the door, the police found Mishra's body in the toilet. "After performing the panchnama, the body was sent to Cooper Hospital for an autopsy," said an officer.
