Two students topped the merit list of the Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MH-CET) by scoring 100 percentile.
The result for the MH-CET was released on Tuesday and four candidates each from PCM (Physics Chemistry and Mathematics) and PCB (Physics Chemistry and Biology) made it to the top four list.
Adarsh Abhange from Nanded ranked first in PCM, followed by Mugdha Pokharankar (99.9985 percentile), Aman Patil (99.9981). Gitanjali Warangule took both PCM and PCB examinations and scored 99.9913 in PCM and 99.9996 in PCB. In PCB, Vinayak Godbole from Solapur scored the top rank. The other PCB toppers are Rucha Palkritwar who scored 99.9985 percentile and Abhishek Gholap who got 99.9978 percentile.
However, no candidate from city could make it to the top four list.

Of the over 3.9 lakh students who took the MH-CET, over 2.7 lakh are from PCM category and more than 2.8 lakh in PCB.
Although the city students did not figure in the top four list, most of them scored more than 99 percentile.
Priyank Jain from Ghatkopar, who scored 99.987 percentile, said, "I was expecting above 99 and I am happy that my efforts have paid off."
Ridayesh Parab from Borivli scored 99.992 percentile and is also waiting for JEE Advanced results.
