In a relief to Union Minister Narayan Rane, Bombay High Court on Tuesday disposed of a petition filed by Kalka Real Estate, which owns a bungalow in Juhu, named 'Adhish', where he lives.
HC has directed BMC to take a decision only after hearing regularization application by the company.
