In another press conference on Saturday, NCP leader Nawab Malik said that Aryan Khan was framed in the drugs case and initially 11 people were detained by the NCB out of which three were let go, including BJP Yuva President Mohit Kamboj aka Mohit Bharatiya's brother-in-law Rishab Sachdev.
Malik claimed that BJP leaders from Delhi and Maharashtra pulled strings to release the three: Rishab Sachdev, Pratik Gaba and Amir Furniturewala.
Malik also demanded call details of NCB's zonal director Sameer Wankhede and said it "will clear everything."

"Aryan was invited by Pratik Gaba and Amir furniturewala. Hrishabh Sachdeva is brother in law of Mohit Kamboj (Bhartiy) who was BJP youth wing chief and contested election," said Malik.
"We want to ask NCB, you raided the ship for 12 hours, you detained 11 people. Why these three people were allowed to go? We have information that BjP leaders of Delhi and Maharashtra called to release all these people. We demand that Wankhede should clear off this," added the NCP leader.
"The entire case is based on WhatsApp chats. Did NCB get their chats ? This entire case is fake and was planned. I will write to the Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray to get the matter investigated by Mumbai Police," said Malik.
