Covid-19: Maharashtra reports 602 new cases, 3 deaths

Maharashtra`s recovery rate stands at 98.12 per cent, while fatality rate is at 1.82 per cent

On Sunday, Maharashtra reported 602 new Covid-19 cases and three deaths. With this addition of new cases, the tally in the state is now 81,15,542.

As per the data shared by the public health department, the highest 239 cases were detected in Mumbai circle, followed by 191 in Pune circle, Kolhapur 29, Nagpur 51, Nashik 38, Latur 23, Akola 23 and Aurangabad 08.

Around 621 patients recovered from covid-19 in the last 24 hours. The state currently has 4,540 active cases.
