A fire broke out in the ground-plus 21-storey residential building in Kalbadevi on Saturday, but nobody was injured in the incident, the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) said.
The civic official stated that the incident occurred on Saturday evening around 6.15 pm and was reported by BMC's Mumbai Fire Brigade.
The incident took place in a residential building - Aditya Enclave CHS, opposite Royal Avenue CHS, Dr. Vegas Street, Kalbadevi.

"Fire was confined to electric wiring, electric installation, and lift machine, etc. in a lift car on the ground floor of ground plus upper 21st floored building. The fire was extinguished at 6.38 p.m.," said the BMC official.
