A fire broke out on the second floor of a high-rise building in Mumbai's Malabar Hill area on Thursday morning around 11.18 am.
According to the information, the fire broke out on the second floor of Soham Apartment at Teen Batti naka in Malabar Hill.

No one was injured in the incident.
The incident was reported by BMC's Mumbai Fire Brigade (MFB).
The MFB declared it to be level 1 fire.

"Fire was confined to electric wiring, electric installation, split AC unit in sample flat on 2nd floor of 3 basement+ GR+ upper 21-floored structure," the BMC official informed.
As per the updated information by BMC, the fire extinguished around 11.38 am.

Meanwhile, in another incident, a dumper climed a divider near King Circle's Gandhi Market in the monring.
The incident occurred around 6 am. The driver suffered minor injuries.
According to the Mumbai Traffic Police, the traffic near Gandhi Market was affected in the morning rush hours due to the incident.
The Mumbai Traffic Police alerted the commuters by posting updates on X, stating, "Tulpule Bridge Matunga North: Traffic slow as dumper divider climbs up. Please use alternate routes if possible."
