A 46-year-old woman died due to a fatal accident caused after a slab fell on her in Bhayandar.
Four family members in the house have also been injured. This incident occurred today at 4:15 am on Friday morning.
The deceased has been identified as Sunita Borges (46). Sunita was in deep asleep at her home, when suddenly the plaster of the slab above her collapsed.
The injured are identified as - Snehil Borges (25), Sweta Borges (17), Saniya Borges (13) and Dency Borges (22).

A police officer said, "The incident was happened at Uttar area st Gorai on Friday early morning at 4.30 am. All family members were in deep sleep during suddenly the plaster collapsed on them. Sunita Borges died on the spot. Others were admitted to the nearby hospital. The injured victims are in stable condition."
Borges' house is at least 20 years old. At present, Mira Bhayandar Municipal Corporation has completely evacuated the house.
