Mumbai Sessions Court disposed of the cases related to the matter yesterday; sources said the duo decided to end the legal tiff as the proceedings in the cases were harming their reputations
After months of recriminations, which often turned ugly, actor Sahil Khan and Jackie Shroff's wife, Ayesha, have legally buried the hatchet. The city Sessions Court yesterday disposed of the cases before it in this matter after Sahil's lawyers submitted the consent terms arrived at by both the parties last month.

Sahil's lawyer, M A Khan, confirmed this. According to a source close to the developments, the proceedings in the case had been hurting the image of both the parties and, hence, they decided not to pursue the matter.
Conditions
The case was disposed of on the condition that Sahil would offer an apology on moral grounds for the business losses caused to Ayesha and, in return, she would withdraw all the cases that she had filed against Sahil. The companies that they have together would be shut and both parties would not level allegations against each other through the media.
The other conditions were that they would not interfere in the other's life and would not harm the other's reputation. Also, all incriminating articles, including documents, photographs and videos that they have against each other would be destroyed.
The judge disposed of the cases after the police took a statement from Ayesha that she wanted to quash the FIR that she had filed. The same was produced in the court. The spat dates back to November, when Ayesha alleged that Sahil had duped her of more than Rs 8 crore.
Sahil then alleged that he was in a relationship with Ayesha, and she was making the allegations after they had a falling out. Ayesha then accused Sahil of being gay, and said she could not possibly have been in a relationship with him. Sahil retaliated by submitting photographs that were allegedly of an intimate nature.
