Kiran P Gosavi, an independent witness of the NCB in the Aryan Khan case, said on Monday evening that he would soon surrender to the Lucknow police. Gosavi, who faces cheating cases in Maharashtra, told mid-day that all allegations levelled against him by his bodyguard Prabhakar Sail are false. "I want the police and agencies to investigate so that the truth comes out," he said.
This newspaper spoke to Gosavi, who is on the run, over the phone. While he has been accused of seeking money on behalf of Sameer Wankhede, the panch witness also faces police cases over alleged cheating.
"I am getting threats, my life is in danger. I was in Pune and was about to surrender to the police there on October 6 when an unknown person called me and said that your game will be over in the police station," Gosavi said.

He said he had never interacted with Narcotics Control Bureau's Zonal Director Sameer Wankhede earlier. "I met Sameer Wankhede for the first time on October 2 at NCB's Mumbai office," he told mid-day.
Under intense media scrutiny, Gosavi earlier told news channels that Aryan Khan had requested to let him talk to Shah Rukh Khan's manager Pooja Dadlani. "He [Aryan Khan] gave me Pooja's number. I dialed her number, she didn't take my call, so I had Aryan record a voice note and I sent that to Pooja."
Gosavi said he called on the number shared by Aryan Khan but Dadlani did not receive the call. He then recorded Aryan's voice message and sent it to Dadlani.
Gosavi said he knew nothing about Prabhakar Sail's allegations and that he had never met Dadlani.
On the lookout notice issued against him, Gosavi said, "In 2018, when a case of cheating was registered against me, no one said anything but when my name appears in a NCB case as a witness, a lookout notice is issued against me."
