Thane district rural police have arrested a woman and her brother-in-law on the charges of murdering her husband.
According to police, the woman, along with her brother-in-law, strangulated the victim and later dumped his body.
Six days ago, Titwala police had found three bags containing body parts in a nullah. Probe revealed that it was the woman's husband's body
