Mahashabde and his friend spotted the boy in Borivli. "Me and my friend Harsh Pancholi, were having falooda near Shanti Dham in Borivli (west) when we spotted this boy. He was constantly staring at me. From his body language, I gauged that he is mentally unstable. I offered him a sandwich from a nearby shop. My friend thought of clicking a picture of the boy on his mobile and circulating it on his social media group (since he looked lost)," said Mahashabde.

According to Mahashabde, by the time his friend tried to click a photo on his phone, the boy got scared and started to run away.

We chased the boy and stopped him while he was trying to flee. I called on the number mentioned in the message and also informed the cops about him," the actor added. Later, Mahashabde took the boy to the MHB police station and handed him over to the cops.
