Special CBI court on Saturday adjourned the Sheena Bora murder case to November 15, for opening of the case followed by framing charges against the accused


Special CBI court on Saturday adjourned the Sheena Bora murder case to November 15, for opening of the case followed by framing charges against the accused.

On Friday after CBI filed the second supplementary chargesheet, the judge kept the matter for opening of the case followed by framing charges against the four accused, however, Peter Mukerjea's lawyer Abad Ponda sought for four weeks adjournment to prepare for the case and also for receiving few other documents related to case from CBI.

The Special CBI court Judge H S Mahajan after hearing to defense adjourned the matter to October 15 and asked prosecution to start there arguments on the next date.

Apart from that Defense also received the copy of statements recorded by Khar police station while they were investigating the matter. There are 23 witnesses statements recorded by Khar Police station.
