By around 6.30 pm on Monday, there was an around 3-km long traffic jam between Kandivli and the JVLR flyover on WEH.
On June 28, mid-day had done a story (First showers expose PWD's Rs 2-crore sham) in which it was stated that potholes resurfaced on the WEH between Dahisar and Bandra in less than a month after the PWD ended the pre-monsoon work on May 31.
